Printing
When you print a page, the left-hand menu will not appear on the printed output. This allows the main content of the page to fit on to a standard A4 sheet.
Please note that any browser that does not support this feature of CSS (such as Netscape 4) will print the left-hand menu, and as a result the page may not fit on to an A4 sheet, depending on how your browsers printing preferences are set.
If you experience "clipping", whereby some of the document is missing from the side of the page, please check your 'Page Setup' or 'Printing Preferences' and reduce your page margins to 5-10mm (this only needs to be done once - not every time you print).
This web site uses JavaScript to create an enhanced user experience. For the best experience while using this site we strongly recommend that you enable JavaScript. This web site does not use cookies, or automatic pop-up windows that can annoy the user - these are the most common reasons that users might choose to disable JavaScript.
Some old web browsers, and text based web browsers do not support JavaScript, If you are using one of these browsers you will see a warning message below this paragraph. If JavaScript is working, you will see a message that says "JavaScript is enabled" directly below this paragraph.
We strongly recommend that you use a modern browser (version 5 or higher), such as Internet Explorer 6 or Netscape 8 . If your browser does support JavaScript, but it has been disabled, you will also see a warning message above this paragraph.
